This Greek goddess was history's first feminist. She was a famous archer and cut off her breast when it got in the way of her aim. She also felt it necessary to cover herself and keep men at a "brother distance". This piece is on unbleached linen. The mask and loincloth are fired stoneware. Her shirt is rabbit fur.
